  • If you are Ordering for someone who is incarcerated,Ā Please do not order before verifying with either the Inmate or contacting their State or Federal facility first to make sure inmate is approved to have you order something for him/her and what the correct colors are so that the package is not refused and sent back, there will be a 10% return fee plus loss of shipping cost.

  • Tracking will automatically beĀ sent to your email or phone onceĀ I finish putting the order together and pay for postage, onceĀ theĀ packageĀ isĀ handed to the post office andĀ they Scan it in to their system you will then be able to Track it within 24 hours andĀ follow it's movement.
  • Once an order has shipped and tracking becomes available, we recommend the receiver be available on the estimated date of arrival of the package or contact USPS.com or your local Post Office to schedule a pick up at the holding facility,Ā I cannot recover cost for stolen packages or anything else after post office delivers and marks package as delivered.

  • As of 8/23/2024 We have finally found a solution to integrate shipping protection during check out to enhance Our Customers peace of mind.
  • You will now see an option to select Shipping Protection in your shopping cart.

  • You will have the choice to click the box for shipping Protection through ROUTE and will see the cost depending on amount of goods purchased to Protect your package, ORĀ you can leave the box unchecked with no Protection and be fully aware if something happens after package is handed over to the post office you have excused ZIONGATES Culcha ShopĀ from any responsibilities for Loss or Damage due to Postal Service, including Theft.
  • If package is Lost, Damaged or Stolen and you chose not to purchase Shipping Protection the only thing we can do is fill out a missing mail claim on the USPS website, BUT with no insurance post office will not reimburse any losses even if tracking number shows package is lost going through their system, this has happened many times and im trying to inform Customers of the most problematic thing we encounter regularly so that you can have the choice of protecting yourself or not before the problem happens.
  • Also Priority Mail and Express mail comes with up to $100 of Insurance,Ā From prior experience that will only protect package if tracking number shows and proves packageĀ has been stuck in their system somewhere and cannot be located then they will reimburse me on your behalfĀ so that I can send out a new order to you again after receiving payment from them, from other experiences they will not pay for package theft after delivered because it is very hard to prove package was stolen and they expect customers to have a safe and secure place to leave packages and not left unattended at front door to be stolen.
  • Also another issue that's hard to resolve is mail carrier leaving package at wrong address and marking as delivered, so they are not going to pay for that because its difficult to prove if it was stolen or delivered to wrong address.
  • Also Customers can use ROUTE themselvesĀ toĀ self-resolve shipping issues in seconds once you realize package was delivered BUT you did not receive it.
  • During transit ROUTE will keep you informed along the way and once its delivered if thereĀ is a problem contact them immediately before contacting us to get instructions how to proceed.
  • You will be able to handle any concerns with them YOURSELF unlike the Postal Service which requires Us the Shipper to contact and interact with them in your behalf.
