Shipping policy
Orders are usually processed & shipped within 24-48 hours Monday - Friday.
Please enter a valid phone number and email address where you can be reached in case of any issues to avoid delays or even cancellation... if I contact you and cannot get a response within 1 week I will have to cancel and refund the order to stop it from pending online.
TRACKING
Tracking will automatically be sent to your email or phone on the date that I select your package will be taken to post office, once the package is handed to the post office and they Scan it in to their system you will then be able to Track it within 24 hours and follow it's movement.

Once an order has shipped and tracking becomes available, we recommend the receiver be available on the estimated date of arrival of the package or contact USPS.com or your local Post Office to schedule a pick up at the holding facility, I cannot recover cost for stolen packages or anything else after post office delivers and marks package as delivered.
The tracking shows the package was delivered but I didn’t receive my package. What if I have a lost or stolen package?
When completing an order, the customer must provide a safe and accurate address for delivery. Once an order has shipped and customer is not present to receive package, ZIONGATES is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address as entered by your local mailman.
Please contact Your local Post Office immediately once package is marked as Delivered BUT you did not receive it, have your tracking number available to provide to the Agent at the Post Office to assist you with the investigation, then contact us to make us aware of what's going on, DON'T contact us first, this can be handled faster and more appropriately at your local Post Office so they can find out which Mail Carrier was on that route and where the package was scanned to determine if it was delivered to the correct address, the wrong address or someone indeed stole it..
If you Purchased Shipping Protection from ROUTE during checkout then you can contact them for further instructions how to proceed with Protection claim.

ZIONGATES is not responsible for items lost, stolen or damaged by USPS (United States Postal Service) and their facilities once packages are delivered to the Post office it is recommended to purchase Shipping Protection during Checkout to cover issues caused by the carrier (USPS).
INSURANCE / SHIPPING PROTECTION

- We only ship via USPS (United States Postal Service).
- As of 8/23/2024 We have finally found a solution to integrate shipping protection during check out to enhance Our Customers peace of mind.

- You will have the choice to click the box for shipping Protection through ROUTE and will see the cost depending on amount of goods purchased to Protect your package, OR you can leave the box unchecked with no Protection and be fully aware if something happens after package is handed over to the post office you have excused ZIONGATES Culcha Shop from any responsibilities for Loss or Damage due to Postal Service, including Theft.
- If package is Lost, Damaged or Stolen and you chose not to purchase Shipping Protection the only thing we can do is fill out a missing mail claim on the USPS website, BUT with no insurance post office will not reimburse any losses even if tracking number shows package is/was lost going through their system, this has happened many times and im trying to inform Customers of the most problematic thing we encounter regularly so that you can have the choice of protecting yourself or not before the problem happens.
- Also Priority Mail and Express mail comes with up to $100 of Insurance, From prior experience that will only protect package if tracking number shows and proves package has been stuck in their system somewhere and cannot be located then they will reimburse me on your behalf so that I can send out a new order to you again once i receive payment from them, from other experiences they will not pay for package theft after delivered because it is very hard to prove package was stolen and they expect customers to have a safe and secure place to leave packages and not left unattended at front door to be stolen.
- Also Customers can use ROUTE themselves to self-resolve shipping issues in seconds once you realize package was delivered BUT you did not receive it.
- During transit ROUTE will keep you informed along the way and once its delivered if there is a problem contact them immediately before contacting us to get instructions how to proceed.
- You will be able to handle any concerns with them YOURSELF unlike the Postal Service which requires Us the Shipper to contact and interact with them in your behalf.
