We accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations - Please read further for detailed information.

  • Contact me within: 5 days of delivery
  • Ship items back within: 7 days of delivery
  • Request a cancellation within: 12 hours of purchase
  • Must not have any odor of being worn or cigarette smoke
  • Any Returns being made that are not for the reasons of wrong item sent or damage such as rips or tears that weren't noticed before i shipped it, shipping cost will be paid by Customer.


Please review your order for accuracy prior to checking out & submitting your order, once an order has shipped it is difficult for us to assume responsibility for returns or exchanges unless merchandise you receive is defective or incorrect...

Please Note: Shipping & Handling Paid to Post Office is not refundable once package has shipped.

 

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

I personally open and inspect all merchandise during processing and packaging orders to ensure nothing is wrong before shipping, BUT things can happen or I can miss something so please bredrin and sistrin inspect your order upon reception and contact Me immediately if the item is defective or if you receive the wrong item, or i did not include everything in package, also Please submit photo images of the incorrect or defective product so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right quick quick quick.

  • To start a return or exchange, Please contact us immediately after receiving your order and no later than 5 days of receiving defective or incorrect package to me at info@ziongatesonline.com. 
  • Please be advised that Shipping & Handling are non refundable and we strongly suggest that you contact us to ensure the eligibility of your return.
  • Customer assumes responsibility of return shipping cost if reason is due to no longer wanting it, wrong size or anything not caused by me.
  • If package is received and merchandise is damaged due to post office handling (USPS), insurance will have to cover that only if priority mail was purchased or you purchased Shipping Protection through ROUTE during checkout, if priority mail is not chosen no insurance will be offered and post office will not compensate any damages caused by them, ROUTE is a third party protection company i am using to protect your packages. 
  • I assume complete responsibility for shipping cost if wrong item is sent or if something is wrong with merchandise.
  • After reviewing photos, we’ll send you instructions on what to do next.
  • If your Return is a approved we will notify you once we’ve received it and inspected your the item(s), and let you know if the exchange or refund is approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded the product price less S&H back to your original payment method if that is your choice (Shipping and handling charges are not refundable since it has already been paid to post office). You will receive an email or text when your refund has been processed.
  • If you want an exchange I will send out another package at MY cost as long as the fault was mine and you will receive an email or text with a new tracking number.
  • Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted... this also applies to orders placed for prison inmates and refused and returned packages by their facilities because of no pre-approval or other prison issues.

When ordering for your loved ones that are incarcerated they have a very strict process and it is very important to follow ALL Department of Corrections or Federal Bureau of Prisons rules and make sure they are pre-approved to receive what you are ordering by their facility, and that they the Inmate and you the Buyer are ordering correct colors and items their facility allows so that it is not refused and returned.

If merchandise is sent back to us either by customer or by Prison Facilities it will incur a 10% return fee and Shipping & Handling (Payment to Post Office) is not refundable once package has shipped, either you can get a refund for the merchandise balance minus 10% and loss of payment to post office, or you can pay additional fees once your incarcerated loved one has solved their problem that caused the refusal and return.

EXCEPTIONS / non-returnable items

  • Certain types of items CANNOT be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), Bathing Suits, or Bikinis, 
  • ZIONGATES Gift Cards, SALE ITEMS and CLEARANCE Merchandise will not be accepted as returns or exchange.

We reserve the rights to change the price(s) of any & all items displayed on this website without prior notice due to any price increases from our distributors..
